Meet Niharika, the chef, founder, and soul behind Moi, that’s been delighting taste buds for over 6 years. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, she’s a perfectionist at heart with an eye for detail and a palate for balance. Every dessert she creates is a reflection of her philosophy, thoughtfully designed, seasonally inspired, and joyfully crafted from scratch.
